My name is Rose Wild, and It is my honour to welcome you to this sacred space. I am a Holistic Well-being practitioner, with over 10 years practice experience, 5 years teaching experience, and over 500 hours in Yoga Teacher Training. 

 

My mission is to help bring people back to their true nature, to reconnect to a state of inner peace, balance and overall wellbeing. I offer a safe space to slow down and go within, thorough practices and tools that will provide balance and harmony in their daily life. 

 

I grew up in the world of dance, so I have moved my body for the whole of my life. I used movement to express myself, to feel and embody emotion, to connect with myself as I found the flow state, and also to let go. It has been an integral part of my life, and whether you come here to find movement or stillness, this becomes your space to heal naturally and feel good from the inside out.
