Your Host
Rose isn’t just a yoga teacher, she is a natural healer, a friend, a guide, and your biggest supporter. She is passionate about everything from movement to meditation, daily ritual to getting in nature, and her soft and open heart is a space to welcome ALL bodies and souls, from all walks of life, and all backgrounds, to join together in community for connection, healing, and transformation.
Her intuitive nature shows through her care and love of Yoga, Movement, Dance, Meditation, Breath-work, Sound approaches and Daily Ritual.
Rose’s aim is to allow space for everyone to come as they are on their journey to find a practice that feels good for them.

Accomodation
All accomodation is private, unless you want to share with a partner, friend or family member. The Eco Pods are every nature lovers dream. Sleep in close proximity with nature, from the comfort of a cozy bed. They were designed and built by Rory, who took inspiration from sacred geometry. In addition, there is a cosy room with private entrance that is part of the main house.
Eco Pods do not have electricity, but do have a small solar lamp, so there is a chance to go completely off grid for your retreat ton reconnect with your surroundings and yourself. The Granite Room and the Cabin have electricity and are located very near to the communal bathrooms.
There are 3 showers sustainably heated by solar power or a wood stove and there are 2 cold water outdoor showers too if you would prefer to bathe out with nature.
There are both flushing toilets and dry compost toilets and the bathrooms are all shared.

Tetra Pods –
Inspired by the simplest 3D shape found in nature – the Tetrahedron. The walls reach 6 meters high to a clear top, and they have a large window with amazing views.
4 Pods each with a double bed.

Named for their triangular shape, each has a small deck out front to admire the views of the pool and sweeping tree tops.
