Step Into A Sacred Space
MIND
Using Breathing techniques, Mindfulness & Meditation Techniques. Creating space between overlapping thoughts, and to cultivate a more peaceful state of being. This can also include visualisation work. This session ends with guided & prompted journalling to release anything that came up, or to let go of any thoughts that feel prominent.
SOUL
A sound session for the sacred soul! Using Sound healing instruments. Essential Oils, Finishing with an Oracle Card Spread. Designed to nourish the body and relax the mind. Essential oils used before leading into a guided meditation to sink into stillness. For the main part of the session, enjoy the healing sounds of crystal bowls and other instruments, encouraging deep rest and nourishment for the soul.
BODY
Focusing on the physical and energetic body. Using Mindful Movement & Conscious Breath. To stretch & strengthen the physical muscles and form, and to release and shift stagnant energy that is being held In the body. Both of these approaches, linked with awareness of breath, allow the you to consciously connect to their own body, whilst opening up space to allow for a fresh flow of energy. This session ends with a relaxation to soak up the benefits of the practice.
WHOLE
This includes all of the above, or a mix of any of the offerings that feel right for you.
Allowing us to intuitively 'pick and mix' if you will, to support you and what you need. You could start with meditation and visualisation, move into some gentle movement through a yin yoga sequence, and then let that ease you into a sound meditation to close.
The idea of the Whole, is to see to each part of your well-being, leaving you feeling Whole from the inside out.

- 4 Sessions Throughout The Month - These can be scheduled when you book or can be more free as to fit into your availability.
- Check in prior to the session - This is to distinguish how you are feeling and to feel into what you might need/want from the session.
- A full 60 minutes of your tailored practice.
- Space and time at the end - This is a chance to share and talk about any moments that came up
- A follow up - To honour any insights or findings from the session. Send any readings/exerts/poems that were used and to schedule the next session.
These sessions take place at your house or anywhere you wish them to. I come to you.
