Day 23 – Flow, Play, Thrive To Feel Alive
Following on from yesterday's practice, today we revisit some of the poses like Dancers pose (Natarajasana), Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana) also Side Plank Pose (Vashistasana). Sometimes I think it's quite nice to be able to come back to a pose and have another go but through a different flow and journey. This can give us the chance to expand a little or to approach it with different eyes.
