Day 23 – Flow, Play, Thrive To Feel Alive

Following on from yesterday's practice, today we revisit some of the poses like Dancers pose (Natarajasana), Half Moon Pose (Ardha Chandrasana) also Side Plank Pose (Vashistasana). Sometimes I think it's quite nice to be able to come back to a pose and have another go but through a different flow and journey. This can give us the chance to expand a little or to approach it with different eyes.

Day 24 – Mindful Yoga Stretch

Enjoy thriving in a much slower practice today my friends. After we have challenged our bodies the last few days with standing balances and invigorating flows, welcome to this mindful yoga seated stretch. Perfect for any time of day, and a great one to come back to whenever you need a stretch out and a moment to check in.

Day 25 – Full Body Hatha Yoga Flow

Today's practice is an all levels Hatha Yoga practice, a chance to spend a little more time in the poses to feel them in your body and breathe a little deeper into them. 

Day 26 – Yin Yoga To Release The Hips & Lower Body

This yin yoga practice is the perfect wind down and gentle stretch for the hips and lower body. As we dive quite deeply into the hips, honouring what shows up, give space for observation for perhaps any areas that you are holding onto or struggling to let go of.

Day 27 – Meditation To Look Inward & See

Join me for this guided meditation to look inward, grounding into the HERE & NOW as we give ourselves permission to really dream about what our future could hold for us.
