Day 18 – Power Flow To Fly

Today we move with a little more power as we flow to fly. Using the invitation to find strength in our body and also to challenge ourselves.

Day 20 – Meditation To Invite & Visualise

This meditation practice is perfect to end our INVITE week. We start to create our own movie in our mind, visualising how we would go through our day to day if we already had what we want to invite in. Feeling into each moment, seeing all the details, noticing where we are, who we are with, and creating a real visual picture.

Day 22 – Flow To Thrive In Dancers Pose

Welcome to the start of week 4, wow I cant believe we are here already! Day 22 and this week is for THRIVING! Moving into some different poses, some new movements around our mat and having fun whilst we do it. Learning to THRIVE in our bodies and with our breath in each moment, with no attachment to an outcome as such, just enjoying the journey.
